Reconstruction of B 9 four lane highway bridge across Ahr river is in progress.
The bridge consisted of two halves, one of which came down during the flood due to underwashed pillars.
The new pillars will reach 14 m into the ground.
We expect the new western half to be operational in October 22, while the eastern half remained intact and is in daily use.
