Hi Kari,it looks like the house of the gnomes, and the architecture is very reminiscent of a face with a hat, a very original example of ancient architecture, I don't know what this building was for but it's really beautiful! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Kari,
The tower has a dramatic history even though it looks mainly nice today. The view is well framed by trees and as always it's a benefit that we see two persons outside. Maybe the note should have a reference to its old use as part of the city's defense and as a storage for gunpowder.

Hello Kari, a good upward looking point of view that shows this unusual building.
Was it a summer house perhaps? And we do not know what the view is if we look over the wall.
The sunlight and shadows on the walls are attractive.

A pity of the shadow on the entrance but a lovely nice picture of this tower.
Of course makes the green tree your picture interesting
Suitable excellent in your composition.
Also the blue sky area nice addition, together the lady for scale

Hello Kari,

The red roof tiles of the tower contrast well with the blue sky to give a nice warm cold colour contrast. Good sharpness and the person provides scale. Tfs!

Hi Kari,
What a charming tower, I like the pointy top. You had a wonderful wetaher there, the blue sky makes a huge difference and the light comes from a good angle to produce some photogenic shadows in the tower's wall.
Nice asymmetric composition.

Apart from the fine exposure, I love how the tree shadows reveal the curved surface of the cylindrical building!
