Kalispera Georgios,
A fine B&W photo looking across to the waterfront promenade of Tessaloniki. Good clear image, calm water's and superb DOF.
Recently I red a book about Tessaloniki from 1917th to the 1990th called "The Threads", by Victoria Hilsop. Amazing story, no doubt you will recognize many places in town through the reading.

This is very familiar view for me, and I see the White tower on the background. Excellent composition and good idea to take b&w version for this image. Well seen.

πολύ όμορφη η μαυρόασπρη 'καρτ ποστάλ' από την Θεσσαλονίκη,με τη γωνία λήψης να δίνει ξεχωριστή προοπτική και βάθος στη φωτογραφία.Ο φωτισμός είναι έξοχος.

This is a superb black and white composition. I like very much the long deep perspective along the fa鏰des culminating in the halls. Excellent tonal contrasts and clarity of the finest order.

Καλησπέρα Γεώργιε,
μου αρέσει πάρα πολύ ο δυναμισμός της σύνθεσής σου που παίζει με το βλέμμα του θεατή και το ελκύει αποφασιστικά μέσα στο κάδρο, από την αποβάθρα μέχρι τον Λευκό Πύργο και το βουνό, μακριά, στο βάθος. Η ευκρίνεια των λεπρομερειών είναι εξαιρετική, έκανες άριστη δουλειά με τη μονοχρωμία και δεν υπάρχει σημείο στο κάδρο χωρίς ενδιαφέρον. Οι υφές και οι αντιθέσεις αναδεικνύονται θαυμάσια. Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ!
