Hello Ourania,
I can't believe those sunbeds have been left here through the winter, so the owner must be an optimistic person. It seems reasonable that there are no customers right now. I imagine the strong wind is fairly cold, and there is not much sun. But one day, maybe soon, spring will arrive and it's time for business. It's a pleasant photo with a colourful foreground and a nice view of the rather strong waves.

The blue and yellow deckchairs bring colour to the deserted winter beach. It looks like a stormy day with the clouds in the sky and the waves of the sea. The composition is perfect.

Hello Ourania, the sun seems to be shining on the sunbeds, or is that because of the bright colours? The fg contrasts with the bg; the sea, sky and hillside look quite cold.
I like the title.

My goodness, it is still February and they got the beach chairs out? Or maybe, they never put them away! Whatever their story is, they provide a nice colorful foreground for the waves pounding on the shore.
