Photographer's Note

As a detour from the 'Clearance Day in Ny骳ker' I will show you a recent photo. I was walking around in my old hometown with my new favourite street photography set up, when I saw this old guy at the driveway of the synagogue. He parked his cane and put a pack of sour cream on the parapet, and started busy looking at his cellphone and making notes on a tiny piece of paper. I don't know what his purpose was. What do you think?

I like photos that could tell a story, and obviously there is one here, even though it's too complicated for me. Luciano's guesses are all very possible. It's an amusing photo anyway, with lots of details and a nice background.

Excellent street photo in black and white. I wonder what is your new set up? Anyway, the result is beautiful. Is it important that it was the entrance to the synagogue ot is was just the place where he could put a pack of the cream? What could be the purpose of the notes in ther piece of paper? I have no idea.

He was looking at the recipe to ensure that he didn't need anything else besides the sour cream!
It was a pity you couldn't stand behind him to secure a view of his phone! The recipe could have been worth copying! 😂 (Still, you could have been accused of stalking!)

It is an interesting photograph, especially as it creates so much speculation!

In your last few photos, I noticed people staring at their cellphones. Nowadays, everyone uses this gadget regardless of age.

the two modern white cars in the bg are kind of annoying, but what can you do. I wasn't expecting you so mention sour cream!
I'm sure his wife texted him, telling him to pick something up before he gets home hahaha
