Tre Cime di Lavaredo - a mountain massif in Dolomiti di Sesto, part of the Dolomites, consisting of three main peaks: Cima Ovest (western peak - 2973 m above sea level), Cima Grande (great peak - 3003 m above sea level), Cima Piccola (small peak - 2857 m above sea level) and two smaller crags: Piccolissima and Punta di Frida. Only climbing routes lead to the peaks.

They are probably one of the best-known mountain groups in the Alps

Hello Janusz,
The steep rocks are spectacular and the person (your friend?) standing on the nearest rock with his arms stretched out makes the composition even more eye catching. It is a good composition full of fine focal points and the colours and light are superb.

A fantastic and impressive photo of these very steep mountain peaks. The shapes and colours are wonderful and look even better in this clear sunlight. The smooth slopes at their feet add a great contrast.

Impressive mountain landscape with the steep slope on which there is still snow and behind it the vertically rising rocks.
In the foreground not a crucifix but a man with his arms wide open.

What a spectacular view!!
The small rocky formations in the f/g, graduating to those immense, rocky peaks beyond!
The presence of the figure, extolling the grandeur of the setting, creates a very important focal point and reveals the scale!

Hi Janusz,
Great view of these mountain peaks and slopes of eroded gravel in front of them. These certainly look different from Swiss Alps that are more familiar to me. I also like human presence there.
