This is the bell and clock tower of Caltagirone's Cattedrale di San Giuliano. As well as the usual embellishments the tower is also decorated with some of the ceramics that Caltagirone is famous for.

This is an excellent photograph of the bell tower.
In the high resolution, the details are incredibly crisp.
The shadows of the clock fingers and the light striking the bell are really interesting, ting details.

This is a remarkably beautiful bell tower, not just thanks to the ceramics. There are lots of fine details all the way up to the cross. It is also a well taken photo with excellent light management, colours and contrasts.
