Church of San Salvatore - Vasanello (VT)

Like all existing churches in Vasanello's ancient perimeter, it has the facade facing east. It is built in tuff, it measures approximately 17 x 10 meters and is 14 meters high.
It was built between the end of the 10th and the beginning of the 11th century, the layout is Romanesque; the facade was previously protected by a portico on columns, demolished when the bell tower was raised in the 13th century; in fact, during the restoration in 1909 some capitals of the columns of the portico were found walled up in the internal walls of the bell tower, very similar to those of Santa Maria.
