Photographer's Note

Bert and I went nighthunting again for the third time. We started on the Euromast at the height of 112 meters.
Displayed here is the Erasmusbridge, one of Rotterdam's famous landmarks, and the city all around it. Behind the bridge is the island where I live, and seeing it from above is always nice.
More then two years ago I posted a panorama picture from the same Euromast but that time taken during the day.
Here is Bert's picture from the same hunt.

Yo Rinie, prachtige pano! We hebben staan kleumen daar op 112 m hoogte maar het resultaat mag er zijn. Zeer fraai overzicht van onze stad - een feest van e-licht en met de Zwaan prachtig gepositioneerd.

Hello Rinie,
I know this place :o)
It a little noisy, but overall OK, sharp and well exposed.
Aha, 18-200 also in Rotterdam :o)

Didier

Good evening Rinie,
superb night sight of Rotterdam, with all these illuminated windows, it is really splendid in broad version, and impressing detail.
Splendid composition, Armandino.

Hi Rinie,
Great panoramic here. Your control of the lights is marvellous, so we can see many details (at the large version one can't stop), very well detailed. The viewpoint is very good, and the outcome is amazing. Very nice, Rinie! Thanks a lot.

Hi Rinie.
A lovely night picture. Maybe as faubry said there's a little noise but It's very difficult in these kind of picture to avoid it.
Anyway, I like it.

Hello,
Tu as bien réussi ta vue panoramique. Je trouve toutefois que l'heure de prise de vue est un peu tardive. L'image est peu trop sombre ! Sinon, la netteté est bonne.

Lights of the city. Like a giant creature with his own soul, caracter, history. This tiny lights like the signs of the poeple that run through the streets like the blood that gives power to this fantastic creature. So many things going on down there, let´s dive in it. Take care... SOOOOOOOOOOO happy to see you around.

Heel mooi Rinie,
uitstekende panorama van een mooie skyline, want die heeft Rotterdam toch wel degelijk. Over de ruis wil ik kort zijn, is met een eenvoudige tool te verhelpen, maar dat weet je zelf ook, erg goed fotowerk.

Hi Rinie, how are you? I wrote a similar thing to Bert a little earlier: the nice thing about any future Rotterdam uploads of yours will always be to be able to relate it to my own visit and to instantly recognize some details such as the Hotel NY or of course the Erasmusbrug. Good details in the large, well-stitched version. A bit of noise in the sky but overall good and interesting. Take care.

Hi there, I believe it was the daytime panorama post that started our friendship:) So, you guys were out nighthunting AGAIN!!
A classic night shot, I am not too bothered about the noise the fine details offset it. Its really well stitched, Rinie and the Euromast gives you such a good vantage point.
See you tomorrow off to see Bert's now.
