Photographer's Note

Im Juli 2010 fand in Schiedam die "scyedam vaert" statt, ein Treffen f黵 museale Berufsschiffe. Die Grachten lagen voll mit liebevoll restaurierten und gepflegten Schiffen aller Gr鲞en und Arten. Es gab sehr viel zu sehen, auch die zugeh鰎igen Berufe wie Fischer, Segelmacher usw. stellten sich vor. Dieser Fischer versucht einen Lachs per Versteigerung zu verkaufen, Mindestgebot 15 €, die Leute blieben interessiert stehen, viele fotografierten, aber gekauft hat keiner.

Hello Elvira,
I guess the little boy's expression could be interpreted in various ways, but since most little boys probably don't like fish (or imagine they don't like it), maybe you are right. There are several interesting facial expressions in the crowd and they make the photo quite pleasant. 15 € doesn't sound very expensive for a fish this size.

Hello Elvira,
This is very good capture of the moment. The body positions of the models and the diverse expressions on the faces, --especially the boy's -- makes this one a very joyful shot.
