Photographer's Note
I'm organizing things again because it was a mess on my computer! :o) - And look what I found, forgotten tulips.
Heeee... How flat do you want my country?
No post-processing but crop.

Good shot! I've missed seeing your flowers of Holland shots this year... I really like this one too - the rows of brilliant red tulips leading to a vanishing point on the horizon, and poplars add an additional point interest when we get there too! My only suggestion is that I might consider cropping even more off the top. Very nicely captured :-D

Nice to have you back, Viviane, I hope everything is alright. It's a wonderful photo you found - well, I guess it doesn't get much flatter than this. And not much more 'tuliped' or 'poplared' either - this is really Holland in a nutshell. Magnificent colors and perspective - nice low POV - and the (double?) rows of poplars closing at the horizon are spectacular. I agree with Adrian, you could crop more off the top. Well seen and very well executed!

bonjour Viviane.

Yes, the flatness of the country amazed me during my stay in the Netherlands, and the endless tulip fields were really the thing to admire. Thank You for giving the photo which brings so many memories.
On this photograph I like the pov, the line of trees in the background, and of course the beautyfull red of tulips!

Viviane

You came to reward us again, Viviane, with your beautiful tulip images.
Perfect composition with the element of lines in the rows of flowers. The very straight trees in the background really is a pleasing view.
How lucky you are to see this type of scenery in Holland. In Canada we have rows, and rows of corn to admire.

Bonjour Viviane,

Your point of view so close to the ground is such a good choice here! Very engaging work, Viviane!

Wow, nice lines in a great shade of red!
The photo is nicely accentuated by the line of trees at the end of the rows.
Well spotted Viviane.
- and yes, EXTREMELY flat.
Cheers!

This is stunning - the brilliant colour and the graphic impact of the lines of tulips, furrows and trees all combine to great effect. And thanks Viviane - you've reminded me we have our local (more modest) tulip festival on right now - I'll have to see what I can do :)

Bien vu Viviane.

Very fine catch Viviane - I like your composition with the a vanishing point and the line of trees in the horizon - Yes I know the feeling - I also got a lot of shots which deserves to be posted.

Forgotten? Why? Never forget such nice pictures.
The compostion is very simple, but very effective, regular and nice! I also like the red colours!
Well done!

Hoi Viviane,
You realy do your homework. Although I think it is not the same place it was, as far as I remember close to the Stellendamharbour. On the background you see, I think the Goeree trees.
Groetjes,
Hendrik
