V鴕ingsfossen, near Eidfjord, Norway, is a very spectacular 182 meters high waterfall. It can be admired by several vista points. This one is on top of it, which shows how the two falls merge together.

Wow, just looking at this shot makes me dizzy! Superb POV looking straight down into the depths. I just love the way the mist down below is catching the light. Great composition, with the two falls forming a frame around the gorge.

Hello Stefano,

The point of view is very good and share a strong effect of heigh and verticality.
Good management of the exposure with good rendering of the area in the shadows.
Only missing a human in the frame to share the scale ;-)

I've seen a lot of waterfalls, but never something like this, how special, how beautiful that both are coming together and follow there way further down....very nice capture.

Hi Stefano,
Spectacular viewpoint between two branches of a waterfall. Strong contrasts well in control. Bright greens stand out so well against dark, almost black stones.

My condolences for the a lot victims and them families in Italy.
The both waterfalls care for a great image, you show us an excellent panorama view, colours and composition are very well.
Also the V form between the mountains care for a more dynamism.

Il bel gioco di simmetria creato dalle due cascate si aggiunge ad un paesaggio selvaggio ricco di contrasti e di suggestione.
Composizione molto accurata che sfrutta molto bene la curva del fiume e i giochi di luce.
