Theater of Wojciech Bogus砤wski in Kalisz - the theater in Kalisz, founded in 1801 by Wojciech Bogus砤wski, honorary national stage, the third oldest drama theater in Poland; since 1936 it bears the name of its founder, the building of the theater, erected in 1920–1923, designed by Czes砤w Przybylski, was entered in the register of monuments in 1979.

Kalisz is a city in central Poland the Prosna river in the southeastern part of Greater Poland, the city forms a conurbation with the nearby towns of Ostr體 Wielkopolski.

Chosen well the POV over the river, through the foreground trees, beautifully with the green tones.
Found it on the map at 51.7587, 18.0935 and taken a virtual tour around.

This scene reminds me of Łazienki Palace in Warsaw. Good sharpness and framing and the green Spring foliage frames the scene well. The fountain adds a good focal point. Nice reflections too. Tfs!

lepo jezero sa vodoskokom i stara arhitektura na obali, dobro pokiazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom, perspektivom i dobrim tekstom.
Lepa zgrada teatra i fotografija, dobro uhvacen trenutak.

Witaj Krzysztof,

This is a beautiful building, without notes, you would think that this was a palace!
The setting is glorious! You have used the natural foliage to create a very attractive, natural border and create the impression that the theatre is set within parkland.
I love the off-centre composition, the fountain emphasising this.

zupelnie nie moge sobie przypomniec czy bylem w tym miejscu czy tez nie.
Naminiaturce wydalo mi sie ze to palace Lazienkach :)
Bardzo fotogeniczne miejsce, atrakcyjna architektura i optymalny punkt widzenia z mnostwem roslinnosci dokola.
Doskonale przemyslany kadr.

This theater is in such a lovely setting. I like the spraying fountain off to the side, and I also like the greenery on the sides and bottom of the frame. The architecture is simple, but lovely. Take care!

A pretty lakeside with great appeal and a great way to highlight the classic building as main focus of attention. Excellent sho with vivid detail and colours where the fountain has played as a supporting part of this shot.
