Photographer's Note
I have showed you previously a photo taken during my hike along the Lavada do Norte. This time I share one of the views we had from the trail. I checked the map, and it seems the taxi driver left us somewhere near Quinta Grande and we continued the walk past Campanario. This photo was taken at the beginning of the hike, sadly the sun was already hiding behind the clouds. I had the pleasure to see it in the full sunshine which was beautiful but I didn抰 manage to capture it in time. I took three consecutive photos there and each had less and less sunshine and color in it. This was the first so it still looks quite colorful. You can see already how the approaching clouds change the color of the sea, which in the right is blue but in the left becomes quite grey.
The little church which you see down there I have identified as Igreja Paroquial de Quinta Grande or Igreja de Nossa Senhora dos Rem閐ios.

Hello Mariusz, my neighbour today.
A fine view, if you hadn't mentioned it, we would have no idea of the pending bad weather. The light here is lovely, highlighting all the features of the scene.
The Opuntia in the foreground tell us that you are somewhere with a warm climate.
Is that a railway or a road below the hill in the mid-distance?
Kind regards, Jean.

Hi Mariusz
A touch of fine weather! A good photo looking down to the coast. This reminds me of a walk I did along the hills above Cinque Terre in Italy.
cheers

Found a great POV down the trough with good view across towards the ocean, mariusz.
Light and colors marvelously collected with distinct sight of the houses and green slopes.
Wish you a nice weekend,

Hi Mariusz,
Well framed scene that is so typical to Madeira. All kinds of green plants. No flat area in vision. Quaint village and the sea in the background. And the weather was still nice.

Hello Mariusz,
This photograph certainly produces a sense of warm and sunshine, probably produced by the bright, terracotta roofs and the blue sea!
You have chosen an excellent viewpoint, where the f/g greenery seems to wrap around the sweet village and directs us to the 'v' shape, with the calm sea in evidence.
The high clouds are like a gentle canopy!
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Mariusz,
I cannot remember the names of the levadas where I hiked.
A bit strange that you talk here about the Levada do Norte while Campanario and Quinta Grande are located at the south coast. It will be correct, but the name of the levada is a bit strange.
I remember similar places at the coast.
Splendid view from the green inland towards the blue Atlantic with the small village with its white facades and ref roofs as a great subject.
Nice foreground with the flowers and the cacti.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Mariusz,
The sunlight was beautiful here and makes the orange of the roofs and the green of nature so attractive. The village looks so charming. The calm blue sky is a great background as well.

Hi Mariusz.
A wonderful panorama that you show us here, charming the little town below the small valley surrounded by green slopes with a variety of bushes and plants, ideal those red roofs with the white of the houses.
Very good color that enhances the composition.
Well managed brightness and sharpness, to enjoy the details.
Well seen and done. I like.
Have a nice day.
Very best regards.
Luis.
