Photographer's Note
Shot at the banks of Ribeira de Nisa, near Senhora da Graça, from the road from Nisa to Pé da Serra. I have another post with another POV of this place taken a minute earlier and focused at the left side of this one).
I don' want to influence much your observation, so I am saying nothing about what I like in it besides showing the place.
I am repeating here the rest of the notes of my earlier post:
The title is the name of the place, which I discovered after I took the photo and I felt amused by the fact that the picture actually has a donkey and a horse in it.
This was one of the first "more serious" photos I did with a digital camera, as before it I only had shot at social events, touristic trips and alikes with cameras that weren't mine.
Apart from a slight increase on brighness (gamma 1.04) and on sharpness to compesate the efect of shrinking, it is just like it came out of the camera. Not even a pixel cropped.
Ribeira de Nisa is a tributary of river Tejo (Tagus) and it's just a small river that flows from the hills near Portalegre (Serra de S.Mamede).
Nisa is a small town, about 5 Km from this place, Pé da Serra a tiny village 3 Km away and Senhora da Graça a small country church that stands on the top of the hill on the left upper side of the photo.
As allways, critiques and comments, either bad or good, are welcome. Don't be shy telling what you think, as that is mcuh of the fun of TE.

Hi Jose,
before I read your name my eye told me that I must know this landscape. So your previous one from here was stored in me.
I like this too, but the composition of the other is more appreciated by me.
I don't rate the note as I do not find new information for me..

Ola Jose,
Nice rural view with enough elements in the frame to gather interest, I first like your overlooking PoV allowing for a comprehensive view of the farm and surroundings, I like as well the stone fence that looks like a mouth as seen on the smiley faces on the internet, this gives a fun touch to your view and technically speaking it is well taken.
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Very good POV and composition. I like that you took it a little bit from the left side giving a diagonal look into the valley. The stone wall is quite appealing with the cahrming winding trail up to the house on top of the hill. Finally the water on the left gives some contrast to the otherwise green and brown landscape.
The technique behind this picture is flawless.
Congratulations!

Paulo
