Look beyond Belgrade's Soviet-era commercial quarter and you will find a fascinating, vibrant city, with some surprisingly attractive pedestrianised streets in the centre, and a certain charm along the riverbanks of the Danube and Sava. More than 40 invasions have coloured the architecture, and stained its history with blood, but the city is flourishing once more with a lively artistic and cultural scene. Its youthful population makes the nightlife legendary and the great value coffee shops, bars and restaurants are so thriving you may wonder when any work gets done. Go now, before everyone else finds out.

Hello Daniel,
Not really Belgrade now, but three years ago. But maybe not much has changed since 2015. It's a good view anyway, and I also found many surprisingly nice streets and squares in the not so generally well known Serbian capital.

A very pleasant perspective along this shopping street captured under an agreeable ambient light. There are enough people to animate the scene without being overly crowded. Appealing natural colours and very good sharpness.

A great view down the Belgrade shopping street. I really like the play of light and shadow around the fa鏰des of the buildings and there's a very nice warm/cold colour contrast around the composition too.

We do not see many pictures on TE from Belgrade, Daniel.
The modern pedestrians street looks as similar to Budapest's Vaci-Utca.
Light and shadows, depth and clarity well rendered.

non conosco questa citt�, ma credo sia cambiata molto negli anni.
Questa foto potrebbe rappresentare una qualsiasi citt� europea, ormai si sono adeguate quasi tutte.
Bella foto, mi piace vedere anche foto di vita quotidiana.
