Photographer's Note

Pileca corba i peceni karabataci.

Spremio sam dva jela od pileceg mesa.
Pilece karabatake sam stavio u pekacu, premazao uljem, stavio zacine, dodao casu vode i pokrio poklopcem.
Pekao sam u rerni na temperaturi od 200 C stepi 50. minuta.
Izvadio sam pekac i okrenuo karabatake i ponovo vratio u rernu i pekao jos oko 15. minuta.

Pileca ledja i vrat, kuvao sam oko 40. minuta, posle sam dodao, pirinac, crni luka, papriku i zacine i nastavio sa kuvanjem jos 40. minuta.
Spremljeno jelo koristim nekoliko dana.





Chicken broth and roasted karabataci.

I prepared two chicken dishes.
I put the karabatake chickens in the oven, covered it with oil, added spices, added a glass of water and covered with a lid.
I baked in the oven at 200 C for 50 minutes.
I took out the baking tray and turned the karabatake over and put it back in the oven and baked for about 15 minutes.
Chicken chowder.
I cooked the chicken back and neck for about 40 minutes, then I added rice, onion, spices and continued cooking for another 40 minutes.
I use the prepared dish for several days.
