Photographer's Note

Oceanogr鄁ic is a complex about 100 000 m located in Valence in Spain where are represented the different marine habitats. It was inaugurated on December 12th, 2002. 寀vre of the architect F閘ix Candela, in the form of waterlily, it is the biggest aquarium of Europe with 110 000 m and 42 million litres of water.
F閘ix Candela is a Mexican architect of Spanish origin born January 27th, 1910 in Madrid and died December 7th, 1997 Durham in North Carolina. It notably has drawings the Palace of sports of the summer Olympic Games of Mexico City of 1968 as well as Oceanografic Valence. It was specialized in parabolo飀es structures.
It drew a big number of buildings then often in Mexico City or in Acapulco with as signature of slim cockles in concrete.
