Very meadows of the Arenae of the city, here is the Railway station of the North. It is one of the buildings in style art nouveau of the city. Constructed in 1917.

Your picture is absolutely not bad, the bad weather is not the mistake of the photographer.
Perhaps one advise, the leaves upwards I would these remove.
What a lovely panoramic view.
Nice perspective and depth picture.
