Saving the Moka 叀Hasta siempre!, a photo from Ticino, East

Photographer's Note

Picture was taken this summer in Ticino while crossing from the Monte Tamaro to the Monte Lema. During this beautiful walk (about 5 hours) at Agario you can have a stop in a small house where you can help yourself with drinks and leave some money in a box.

The picture unfortunately not very well framed and slightly unsharpened (I was tired�) but there it is�

Why ?

I am an unconditional coffee consumer and therefore using the Moka which remains for me a beautiful experience: cheap, high tech, simple, silent, wonderful smell in the house�

This picture is a support to all Moka creators and producers (special thought to Alfonso Bialetti who invented the eight-sided machine in 1933 and facing today financial difficulties) to counteract the capsule system that is expensive and not ecological. I will not advocate because everyone does, as he wants�

Salut Serge,un tres joli cadeau pour un barman comme moi qui travaille tous les jours avec le caf�...ehehe..un symbol de l'industrie italienne aussi,la celebre Bialetti qui a etee' copiee' pareil dans tout le monde. Tessin pr鑣 de l'Italie car c'est des cafeti鑢e Italienne elle sont superbe que de nombre moi j'utilise aussi ce genre de cafeti鑢e il devient excellent quelle vue superbe

This reminds me of my visit to a friend at the neighboring country years back, he been to Italia and brought this pot and we did enjoy the coffee.You framed well the family, it is a nice shot and TFS.
