Photographer's Note
Signpost at Lands End, which is at one end of Britain. You will notice John O'Groats on the sign, this is in Scotland, as far from Land's End as you can get. They are 874 miles apart and are
the two furthest points that you can get apart in this country.
There are lots of people who travel from Land's End to John O'Groats (or vice versa), many do it for charity. Those who complete this journey are known as "End to Enders".

Quite a dramatic shot! I would not want to step off the edge! My only suggestion would be to try to sharpen the image a bit - it seems a tad hazy...

Good pic anne and even better notes didnt know the last fact,
presume there was a sea mist causing the fuzziness but feel the bottm of the pic could do with lightening a bit

So clever, and the lighting is just perfect, both in intensity and in gradation up to the sign. THis is lots of fun.

Subtle, engaging photo. Well, maybe not so subtle! I find the lighting here to be perfect, and I agree with your choice of softer focus. Rule of Thirds works so well here in implying an environment beyond the frame of the photo.
