Bodrhyddan Hall,
For those of you that don't know what a Ha Ha is.
It is simply a fenced ditch, this stops cattle or horses wandering from their fields into the grounds of a Hall or large House. People from the Hall could leave their grounds for walking or riding along these lovely little bridges with gate at each end.
And as they are level with the landscape, other than a normal fence, they can't be seen and so don't interrupt the view.
Simply and neat idea.
