Photographer's Note
Colourfully painted beach huts in the late afternoon sun, on the shingle at Aldwick Beach in the town of Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England. The nearest hut imaginatively decorated with coloured feet and hand stencils.

Hi Brian
Well spotted unusual beach hut! Maybe some elves from other huts came round and walked all over it during the night? ;-)
Have a nice day

Hello Brian,
It just had to be beach huts!
They are your moniker!
I like how you have extended the 'shapes' theme by prefacing the huts with this textural decking. The whole is big, bold and colourful; perfect adjectives for the seaside experience.
Have a lovely day,
Be :-)

Hello Brian,
Somebody with a sense of humour and an artistic bent. I like very much the precise framing with the foreground decking helping to create depth. Ideally lit with superb colours and clarity.

Hello there Mr. Herring,
Looks like you've sure put your mark on these beach huts...and I for one, am glad you kept it to nothing more than your hands and feet. hehe
Another delightfully composed string of color and texture, animated with those fun little decorations. Big shapes and big interest, and smart use of the wooden planks in the immediate foreground to enhance that aspect.
I think it would be safe to say, this has become one of your calling cards, you have a great way of continuing to photograph this given subject with new fervor at each turn. I'm anxiously awaiting to see a birds-eye shot at some point, I know you'll figure out a way to make that happen...danglin' from a tree or something thereabouts. O.K., that is your mission should you choose to accept. This message will self destruct in five seconds. 5,4,3,2,1......
Have a good one mate. Take it easy.
Cheers from the sunny side,
Mr. Phelps

Hello Brian,
Another of your very fine photographs of colourful beach huts - probably your "signature" subject out of all of them but, again, so well composed and taken in the most magnificent light and with glorious and wonderfully vibrant colours and exceptional details and clarity.
But, oh dear, I've just sent an email to you (and Craig and Mariusz) explaining what's been said on the forum in the last 24 hours. They have apparently "fixed" the resizing problem on TE so that images now display at 800 rather than 790 pixels wide. Well, that seems all very well for pictures wider than 800 pixels, but (looking at "beta" TE) you actually posted this picture at 667 x 1000 pixels and here, on "new" TE, the darn picture's been expanded to 800 x 1199 pixels! We complained when large pictures were shrunk because they lost quality and now they seem to be enlarging them with equal loss of quality!! Will this problem never end?
A wonderful picture anyway!
Fabulous!
Kind Regards,
John.

Hello Brian,
Do the stencils represent the different persons of a family ? We can see different letters with them ! Nice colourful huts, those kind of beach huts oftenly provides nice photo subjects. Lovely colours and warm light here.
