Photographer's Note
follow-up to my previous post
---
Richard Hooker (1554–1600) was an English priest in the Church of England and an influential theologian. He is in not related to John Lee Hooker.
His defence of the role of redeemed reason provided many members of the Church of England with a theological method which combined the claims of revelation, reason and tradition.
---
This picture shows the theologian's statue on the lawn in front of Exeter cathedral. The bird got tired of sitting on the man's head or maybe he just got tired of the photographer getting closer.

Hi Benny
Wow! This is unexpected. Such a completely different background makes for a very different mood. And the obviously was not part of the statue after all... ;-)
I like the pastel colours in the sky too.
Best wishes
