The reflecions on the water are assets to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the reflections. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Dear Ike,

An unique reflection has occurred on the river bed to make a nice geometric shape, shot it from perfect position with good color contrast specially blue was very much vivid in your frame and well sharpness.

wasnt there some talk recently in the past from the moderators of TE that they wanted to ban these water reflection shots? For some reason its coming to mind.

And what a mistake that would be.
these shots are so fun to take, search for, and to view.
it takes a keen eye to spot them aswell.

Hi Ike,

From the pictures you've shared, this sure does look like a nice place for a stroll...with many possible photo opportunities. But even without major attractions or grand subjects, those chances can also be found in the simplest of ways...and this is a very good example of seeing the beauty in small things. Plenty of blue color that I always enjoy, but the clarity and abstract nature of this full frame reflection is what grabs most attention. Nice and easy, what more could one want? :) Enjoy the new day ahead. Take good care.

beautiful reflections and always nice to look at such abstract picture. I remember this controversy with moderators. I like seeing them but on the other hand, such view can be made anywhere in the world, not specific on this or that river or sea, so this was probably the point. More safe os to show a bit of the area around.
wonderful colours and nice observation and presentation.

Hello Ike,

I like the semi abstract look and feel of this tightly cropped image. Good reflections with the ripples adding interest. The green at the top and the 3 vertical shapes reachig deep down into the image from the top add balance to the compo and follow the rule of thirds. Tfs!

Hi Ike,
Reflections are my fascination. I抦 always looking for them. It doesn抰 matter if it is a reflection into the water or from a modern skyscraper with a glass-fa鏰de.
Shop-windows give also often remarkable reflections.
I like this green-blue composition very much.

Ike, the trees on Yarkon river bank and the sky are reflected on the water. It was not perfectly calm. Small waves are created on the surface. An abstract shot. Fine colors, good sharpness regards.

This was a random photo on your page. I am surprised I didn't see it before. This is the kind of abstract composition I usually notice and imagine hanging on the wall of an art gallery. With a more famous signature it could have fetched a considerable amount of money.;-)
