Photographer's Note

The Elvis red guitar statue, more than 4m in height, mounted on the parking lot of the Elvis restaurant with a superb view of the mountains on both sides of the #1 route, main road to Jerusalem.

There is a nice & long row of different countries flags � but not easily accessible for a whole picture.
A WS attached with a statue of the singer.

Hi Ike

Another good shot of classic Americana with the warm colour of the big guitar contrasting superbly with the blue sky. Good sharpness and smart choice of a vertical format. The UK & Ukraine flags add a splash of colour. Tfs!

Hello Ike,
The statue in the WS is good, but the red and black guitar makes an even more eye-catching choice of main upload. The UK and Ukraine were lucky to have their flags next to the guitar. And you were lucky to have such colourful flags complementing the view.

Great image, I like the two matching splashes of read in two corners, the Union Jack complementing the guitar. The other two primary colours are also present in the Swedish flag and the sky. Good composition with three vertical elements clearly making their mark.

Hello Ike,
The red guitar makes a good colour contrast with the pale blue sky and also the UK and Ukrainian flags add to the bright tones in the foreground. A good vertical composition with fine lighting.

Hi Ike,
the red guitar makes a very clear invitation to stop and ask the question about the place. The omnipresent Coca Cola sign is there as well. I was first surprised by the choice of the flags, although a British ship was recently spotted on Ukrainian waters. But you do explained there were more of them.
Very interesting place, I would really guess it is rather in the USA.

The w/s shows an excellent statue of Elvis, in a most recognisable pose (for those who saw his films)!
Your main photograph is, perhaps, a little more unusual and colourful, the guitar so strongly positioned aside the two flags.

Hello Ike,
At first I had to think of the guitar of the Hard Rock Cafes :)
I was wondering what the national flags of the UK and Ukraine were doing there but in your note you explain that there is a whole row of country flags.
I once read that Elvis has only performed in the USA and in Canada. Never elsewhere in the world. That was very different at the time than with the stars of later times.

But with this signboard, the Elvis restaurant is not to be missed.

Hi Ike.
After a vacation period, I am with you again, I needed to travel anywhere, at the moment in my country and I have spent a week on the beach, in Almu馿car (Andalusia) and another week on a tour of Galicia; after so long of not being able to move with the pandemic, it was already a necessity.

Undoubtedly a good tribute to Elvis with that huge red guitar, which together with the green hill in the background, forms an original composition, the statue shows a very good moment of the singer in an attitude of singing.
Magnificent POV, with beautiful natural colors, very good lighting and excellent sharpness.

for obvious reasons this one totally caught me off guard when I looked at your gallery page - therefore its a must view.
My first thought actually, was...that this was taken in Las Vegas, it has that look and feel to it. fun post, it worked out well for you. cheers
