The distance between the port and the buildings in the background is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the buildings at the port. The good luminosity is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.

I like the scene itself and the way you enclosed it in such wide panoramic format.Suits perfectly to this scene and depict excellently the whole seaside area of Jaffa.It磗 really magnificent interplay of land,architecture and the sea.I enjoy also the view of Tel-Aviv skyline in far distance contrasting so nicely to the old,historic buildings of Jaffa.

Good sharpness and a superb high pov. Love the rich cobalt colour of the sea. Well composed and great to have the horizon line away from the centre. The seawall at right adds good lead in lines and diminishing linear perspective. Tfs!

Hello Ike,

You're capturing well this place by a good angle and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the port with pier/warehouse/parking lot and the old town which stands on the hill. You have catched well the coastline which continues for a long. The sea is quiet in beautiful blue. And, it's tasteful for blue contrast of sea and sky.

Those two generations have the best seats for a cure of calmness, breathing fresh marine air!

Nice panoramic cut Ike, this has some solid depth and contrast. The water is an amazing deep blue and is distinctly separated on the horizon, making for a good balance of colors and light. I'd love to see the old town from this viewpoint, although this is still quite nice in its own regard. There's a lot of good detail shown here, even all the way back to the newer, modern buildings off in the distance. I'm guessing this would be a great coastline for a walk or drive, especially on a sunny day like this! Very well observed and taken. Have a great day.

I think we've seen this port before in you Gallery. Avery picturesque place, especially on a clear blue day as here. I like the way you cropped it, in a panoramic cut. The image is very crisp and sharp, with excellent colours and light management.

this scene of yours gives us a fairly good layout of the city of Tel-Aviv, and it seems to continue on for a long time with the amount of depth in the bg.
surprising that we don't see more people walking the prominade along the waterfront.

Hello Ike,

A picture with a very good composition and
point of view: the picture has nice layers
(starts right with stones/rocks and diagonal
lines) and open spaces (sea) and that makes
the picture nice calmness. The cut up and/or
down makes the picture nice wide.
One little point: the half lantarn has no
function/is no nice extra: try to avoid it
or place it entirely.

Jaffa and tel aviv are almost the same urban area I guess. nice details of the foreground with many urban details to enjoy. the light and sharpness are very beautiful. TFS.

This is a great seascape showing as far north on the shore as the the eye can see. I assume the high rises in the distance make up the Tel Aviv skyline.
