We were at a 10th floor restaurant yesterday noon, the visibility was not the best � but I could not resist taking picture from the balcony over Tel-Aviv newly built towers, dwelling and offices buildings from a different perspective.

A 3 cell-phone pictures, view due east.

Hello Ike,
A view not dissimilar to many cities where due to shortage of land, it is necessary to build high. You have taken full advantage of your high viewpoint. The tight framing puts the accent on the taller buildings. Very good rendering of the colours and architectural detail.

Hello Ike,
Whereas the workshops are also nice, it's the greater variety of architecture that makes the main photo the best option of this trio. It's quite amazing to see the number of architectural styles in such a relatively small area. Having no idea of the dates of all these buildings I draw the conclusion that the builders have the ambition to reach higher and higher with every new building.

We are looking at Telhattan, it seems. The high rises of Hagag Group are the most interesting to me, they look like boxes laid on top of each other loosely.

You write that the visibility wasn't the best ... Do you mean you took this picture through glass ? To me the view looks very clear.
A nice variety of different shapes and colours of highrise.
Also taken from a good height so we see modern architecture both above and below on the picture.
Three beautiful pictures with the main post as the best.

Hello Ike,

There is no doubting that Tel-Aviv is a very modern city and as such is utilising the space above the ground as well as on the ground, creating this spectacular cityscape of tall, geometric shapes. The skyscrapers really dwarf the original 'tall buildings'.
It's definitely a fine photograph from a cell phone!
You have made a good composition, the most original, white building strongly placed.

the modern architecture of these tall buildings fills the frame and offers us a highly graphical image, with a lot of details of its elements and a good variety of textures.
The geometrical effect is great, and you've managed efficiently the light and reached a good chromatic level.
It's a beautiful composition.

now this is what I like to see, perfect. a wide collection of unique and different styles. I like the condo's on the far right with the white and brown combination. the tall double tower and the tall single tower are great focal points too.
