Rothschild blvd morning hour, a photo from Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv

Photographer's Note

Two pictures (one WS) from same spot on Rothschild blvd, early morning at around 07:00AM, on my way to work.
I saw and was enthusiastic about the thin leaves pattern against the sky part of the picture with the diffused light condition.

A Cell-Phone picture. A slight distortion on the picture that I could not avoid.
Precise location on the map from where this picture was taken: 32.067, 34.7777 .

Hello Ike,
As morning rush-hours go this does not seem an exceptionally busy one. The feathery leafed trees add a nice touch of graphism against the pastel blue sky. I like the light and shadow contrasts and the overall colour palette with its agreeable warm/cool contrasts.

Hello Ike,

Sometimes, the beauty of Nature really speaks to us!
I really like the filigree, lacy patterns created by the twigs and leaves against the sky.
The street details are interesting to give us an orientation but definitely, it is the tree patterns and leaves that are THE most attractive.
This must have cheered you, even though you were going to work!

Very nice capture from Tel-Aviv taken with perfect pov and layout. Good light management and perfect sharpness.
When I read your notes and notice that this capture was been made with a cellular phone, I ask myself, what to the hell I shall made with my Leica's, Rolleiflex and Asahi Pentax 6x7 ?

Hi Ike,
yes it's amazing how the mobile phones have developed the last years. They are still behind DSLR cameras, but still usable in many situations. For example during your way to work. Fine capture of the leaves towards the sky but also a good depth in this shot. Tfs!

It looks like a pleasant place with the nice low buildings. I prefer the Workshop picture with the more view of the sky behind the delicate leaves of the trees. Lovely composition.

Hello Ike,
There seem to be some quite attractive modern buildings across the street, but this photo mainly shows us the branches and leaves of the trees lining the street. They are certainly beautiful enough and create very fine patterns like lace against the sky and the beige wall. The mild light of early morning is also very pleasant.

its just personal choice, but I prefer the Vertical format shot more than the main one here. those leaves you talk about enhance the photo so much more - perhaps more than you thought :)
still a very pleasing street scene, one i've never seen before so I always appreciate that. cheers
