Photographer's Note
During the Peter Pan festival in Bowring Park, one of the events was an antique car show . I decided to be bold and leave the car in color and make everything else black and white in order to highlight the car -the old Pontiac . I probably need to do some work on showing up the old car a little more but I don't know how . However I am willing to do more reading and I will improve on Photoshop . I hope you enjoy the picture .

That's a great shot of the 50's Pontiac. I like the way you decided to highlight the car by keep it in color. Excellent sharpnes and detail. Very well done.

I think you did a very good job, you shouldn't change anymore because it will look fake! Great job

If the color of the car is significantly different from it's background, what you could try is to selectively desaturate some of the colors (green would a be a good start here). In this way you can achieve the same effect without worrying about selecting objects (you have a bit of fringing around the lower front of the car, and you can see color through the windows).
I used selective desaturation in this one.
