Photographer's Note
A view from the Blackcomb peak, you can see two gondolas passing by in opposite directions on steel ropes high in the air. It is the first lift to join the two side-by-side mountains. It held the world record for the longest free span between ropeway towers—3.03 kilometres (1.88 miles) until 2017 when the Eibsee Cable Car exceeded it by 189m. It is still the highest point above the ground—436 metres (1,430 feet.)

Bonjour, Tommek,
La vue de ces cabines est impressionnante particulièrement avec cet environnement.
La mise en image est très réussie.
Amitiés.

Hello Tomek,
The passing gondolas are well placed in frame creating a sense of dynamism and symmetry for the composition. They stand out beautifully against the grandiose mountain backdrop. I like the play of light across the car on the right allowing us a glimpse of the people inside. Excellent technical quality.
