Indeed a modern building with a specially frontage.
Also the painting give an addition detail.

This is unusual; a really eye-catching contribution!
It is almost like two separate photographs, united in PS!
The lower part is art, the upper part, design!
I would have had no idea on the location of this photograph, had you not informed us!
