Photographer's Note
Amazing sight of a coordinated movement of fishes in a group tandem.
Once to left, than to right, in the same corner of a big aquarium tank.
Do not remember this specie, just wonder how do they know when to turn…
Photos from the Tampa, Florida Aquarium, which located at 27.944, -82.4452 on the map.
Main photo converted from RAW, F4.0, 1/400, ISO1600.

Hello Ike,
This was not easy to identify from the thumbnail. It was quite a surprise to open it. It's a fascinating view, but I don't think anyone down there really knew when to turn. Looking closely I see quite many that decided to go the wrong way, or at least turned too early... You managed surprisingly sharp and clear pictures from the tank.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Ike,
You have captured well the action of the fishes. The point of view is showing the details of the fishes. The light is making the colors to shine. Have a nice day.

Hi Ike,
Fish are difficult for photography. While they might look slow you really need short exposure. And low light is a norm. You did very well with ISO 1600. While a single fish does not look so special they are really impressive as a big group.

Hello Ike,
A fantastic photo of these many fish here swimming so closely together. You managed to get such a clear and sharp photo of them and I really like their silvery tones, too. Truly a great catch!

Hi Ike,in fact it is not easy to understand what coordinates the synchronized movements of large groups of fish, beautiful photo, even if it comes from an aquarium and not from the sea, very difficult to make and super quality! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Ike, Nice view of all these fishes. But I find nothing special that they move together. I think that the small fishes usually move in shoals. Lovely photo.

Hello Ike,
Amazing repetition of the fish in the school on the move within an aquarium. I last visited an aquarium in Tulcea, Romania. They are fascinating places to observe fish and corals. Tfs!

Hello Ike,
I love the sharpness of the photo, well done! And I do not believe TE's claim that this was taken at 30 seconds - a photographic site and they can't even read the exif info correctly. I believe the high ISO allowed you to keep the exposure short for a sharp image.

Hi Ike.
Wonderful image with this great enormity of fish, it is an ideal view, I suppose they swim in unison and have a kind of radar that warns them of the aquarium wall and when they turn their heads, all the others do.
Magnificent composition and good sharpness, lighting and color.
Well done; happy start of the week
Best regards.
Luis.
