Photographer's Note
I was out driving in the Country one late afternoon last summer and could see the rain storm forming in the distance. Thought it was really pretty and luckly had my camera on me. Of course the Wind Mill is one of my favorite. They have been around for centuries and to still see one in great shape is nice. Hope you all enjoy.
Have a great day

Hi Pamra.
Interesting photograph with the rain storm very well caprured. It's a little dark, but maybe that's your choise.

Wow this is a very nice one Pam. The sun rays on the background adds so much to the photo. The windmill is also a good subject too. But I think you leave a lot of space in the foreground. The tree on the left side may be avoided. To me focusing only on the windmill would be more effective. But this is just my personal taste. I really love the rays. Well done. Sothy

Hi Pamela ;-)
I like the idea for the foreground and your lucky to get the rain coming down in the distance, something I'm hoping to capture during the spring but it needs something else, something dynamic. A nice warm light to create some shadow and to create a mood. Composition wise I might try to add more of the road to create a diagonal line or even cut it out all the way. Also the telephone pole is distracting but good luck finding a place in West Texas were there isn't a pole in the view.
Sorry for being hard on your pic today, you know its only cause I love you!

WE are lucky you had your camera with you, as we admire now this shot.
An excellent POV and wonderful colors.
The rain storm looks so angry and beautiful, a
fitting pair with the wind mill shape.
Congratulations Pamra
