Photographer's Note
This is a sunset view of Hoover Dam. This dam lies directly on the the border of the states of Arizona and Nevada on the Colorado River. I posted this to ask a question. If you look closely you will notice that the glare circle my camera caught is so big. It is almost at the center at the sky part. It was sunset and I was facing the sun. This is the first time it happened to me. The usual glare I have seen before are small almost white spots. Is this huge glare normal?
I like the way, I was able to control the bright lights. the glare of the roads and the sky. I only used a UV filter but I brought the camera's exposure value (EV) to -0.3
