A.W. Youngs park in Vero Beach upon the Indian River, 27.64,-80.376 on the map.

This is the south side inlet, a beautiful and charming spot to watch all kind of local birds, pelicans and even dolphins(in two occasions happend to see them).
Also, the local neighborhood is typical to Florida where living by the sea is a way of life.

The boat is nicely framed by the palm trees on the sides as well as by the dark sky and sunny lawn. You composed the photo well and captured very attractive colours.

Hello Ike,
A really nice idyllic view of the gardens along the river with a nice mix of palm trees and some red flowers. The opening between the trees offers a nice view on the small marina over there as well and the yacht. Nice sunlight as well, which makes a nice combination with the cloudy sky.

Hi Ike
This area looks at risk from global warming and rising seas, let alone worse hurricanes.
That said, this is a good photo of the park with the view through the trees.

I see -so you decided to stay somewhere between Orlando and Miami, to be able to enjoy many destination sin Florida.
Very picturesque scene nicely decorated with exotic vegetation. Very pleasant light.

Hello Ike,

This is a fine composition which can be appreciated even from the thumbnail. The angled line of the riverside, containing the flowers and trees, makes a superb guide as well as a useful separation line, whilst the boat is very strongly positioned, as a focal point.
Though the sky appears cloudy, the colours are brightly captured.

This scene could easily be mistaken for the Gold or Sunshine Coast canals, 1 hour south & north of Brisbane respectively. Good sharpness and light with excellent depth and layering. Tfs!

Hello Ike,
I like how the boat is in between the palm trees the trees. This view if very tropical, and I like the moody sky, too. This spot reminds me of an area of Miami Beach close to where my grandmother lives.
