Photographer's Note
A lucky shot while these two seagulls were taking off. I like how each bird's wings are at opposite state (wish I knew the correct terminology.... maybe one of the bird experts here can tell me :))

I like your picture very much the movement of the birds is just perfect, but I don't like the tree on the top. I am going to send you a WS.

Another action shot with gulls, Chris. This one is very dynamic again, and it's a great way of studying the different movements the gulls make when flying, as one has its wings down and the other one up at the very moment you captured this. I am torn between the version with tree and Mireille's WS, I think both look good in their own way.

Très belle prise de vue. Il faut être rapide pour pouvoir saisir ce moment fugace !
Très bien, Chris.
Very beautiful recording. It is necessary to be fast to be able to seize this fleeting moment!
Very well, Chris.

EXCELLENT.

Lucky shot indeed. You need a very good reflex to shoot pictures like this. I think I like the version with the tree most, since it gives a ceiling and a direction to the flight of the birds. Without the tree they are kind of hanging stationary.

Wow ! Clear and evident as a bird fly. Leonardo dei Vinci would find this pic very interesting : the two movements are perfectly represented. Very very well.

Funny : before I read the comment of Mireille and others, I made a WS because I was disturbed by the trees on the top... My WS is different than the one Mireille did... funny to compare how we can manage in different ways a same problem :-) I'll post tomorrow my WS because I have touched my limit for today. Your picture shows very nice movements of these gull. Freedom! I like it!

Grande Foto. Você retratou um balé das aves... a velocidade de obturação foi ideal.
Parabéns.

What a great capture. The upper seagull creates a shape of pyramide with his wings. It is so dynamic thanks the opposite waving cycle points of the two birds. very good, Chris.

What is amazing about this shot are the strange shapes of the birds. You did not catch them at a time when they are flying majestically; instead, they are in weird positions that really add interest.

A very successfull decisive moment photograph. A great photo. They looked like ballet dancers. Have you tried to take out the tree? It woulb be much better, I think.

Vey lucky Chris. Especially with the branches framing this shot.I wouldn't know what's the right term for wings up and down, but for now, let's not get into technical and enjoy this shot, shall we. At least to me, another idea to shoot birds. Hope I would be just lucky. Hope you get lucky always.
