Photographer's Note
These huge trucks are pretty common in Australia. Nickname name for this vehicle is 'roadtrain'. they drive thousands of kilometers. From Perth to Sydney, from Adelaide to Darwin.
I spoke to an ex-roadtrain driver who now was driving for coaches (OZ Experience). She told me that she easily could drive from Perth to Cairns (+/- 4000 km's (2500 miles)) in 2 days. So I asked her how she managed to stay awake cause you can't make that distance in 2 days with sleeping. She told me that she would take a nap for about 15 min's, take some strong coffee and then just continue. Pretty amazing!
But then again, those Aussi's can be weird ;)

Both the shot and story are pretty interesting. The panorama frame emphasizes the length of this roadtrain. See my WS for a bit more cropped version that increased the effect of the truck being your main subject.

I've viewed the WS and actually prefer the original. I think that the space around the roadtrain gives a sense of location rather than just being an isolated image of the vehicle.
Interesting notes.

I think you could chop off the right hand side at least to the poles. that would give youe subject here a more barren and isolated look to it. If you havent already... when you shrink an image down to post on the web you loose sharpness, make sure to resharpen after resizing for web.
