Photographer's Note
Yet another old scanned from a negative. (Canon MP 970)
Reading member ribeiroantonio critiques down here you can see more about the car modell (Morris Minor).
Photo is taken in the Coromandel Peninsula wich lies east of Auckland, on the other side of the Hauraki Gulf, and has an estimated population of just under 27,000 people in the combined Thames and Coromandel Districts.
The inspirational natural beauty of the Coromandel has led to the area becoming a haven for artists and crafts people.

Three oldies at the same time! The photo, which is very good, the house which has very nice bright colours and the MORRIS MINOR which is now considerer a collector抯 car. Yes, the car is a Morris Minor which you can see in here. Well done.

Hej Stefan,
I磎 also old enough to recognize a Morris Minor, I remember them quite well... But this building is really something! Very different from anything I磛e seen before.
A good scan, what kind of scanner did you by from your tax return?

Ciao Stefan,
it's an old photo, but the colors and the sharpness are so real! The old car matches the hold house... it feels like a cinematographic set of a sit-com! And all this yellow-blue gives an happy feeling!

Hello Stefan,
What a nice image you composed here!If you chosen black and white format it could be an image from the past.I think that black and white fitting very well for this image. But these colors deserved so much to used in your image.
I like it very much, oldie but Goldie :)
Have a nice weekend,

Hej Stefan,
This is a stunning composition. The varieties of blue, green and yellow almost hurt my eyes, but they certainly catch attention. Very interesting.

hi stefan
I don t mind seeing an oldie when it is so well framed from just the right pov, the colors complement themselves in being a bit special but are superb on both car and house
Have a nice day jy

Hi Stefan,
wonderful capture and very well scanned! This type of car was very important in one of Sj鰓all/Wahl鲻's books (the "parents" of Henning Mankell).

Hej Stefan,
I've seen this house, cafe', though I don't have any photo of it. good of you to place the ? minor in front of the building to get more things happen in the image.
Was this in Coromandel town or is it further out on the penisula?
If NZ had'nt been so far away I would go there for vacation again.

Hello Stefan, excellent shot, very colorful with a nostalgic mood. I like a lot the old car which in combination with the building at the back gives the sense that the photo is from some decades back. Great capture. Thanks for sharing.
Best regards,
Kostas.

Hi Stefan, I am not really a car man, however the VW Beatle & the Morris 1000 are two of my personal favorites, I have no idea why, maybe because when I was 18 years old, me & a couple of friends owned a house, & one owned a Beatle & the other owned a Moggy 1000, this is a great shot of this classic & it seems to fit well with the building behind, TFS, kind regards Wilson.
