Photographer's Note
Those girls live on the Island of the Sun, in lake Titicaca, 3800 meters above sea level. It is, too, the highest big lake in the world.
On the Sun Island, it is a very popular route to take the ferry to the north side, walk from the north to south and then take the southern ferry back to Copacabana. On they way, I believe it is quite likely you'll come across those girls, asking for a Boliviano ($0.13 US) for a picture. But beware; then they start asking you for tiny objects like your pen, and if you give it away they'll ask for more until you've got no little things left on you!
