Hola Alejandro,
Excellent use of the vertical format to show this huge cactus. Light and colors are excellent, sharpness too. Just the horizon is a bit tilted... but the cactus is straight!
Have a nice day, Brigitte

What a size! I like the way you have composed the shot so that the main cactus is not in the centre. It also contrasts well with the blue sky. Well done.
What is the white? Is it sand?

Hi Alejandro
I shot exactly the same cactus ! (because i's the higher oner). But don't remember that the salar is a dryed sea so its level is horizontal.

Gracias

Nice shot Alejandro, Like the placing of this HUGE cactus! The salt in the background looks like snow! Its crazy! Only one slight criticism and thats your horizon line, liiks skewed butif we are on a giant slightly sloping hill then thats ok :P
Well taken!

The strong light and white salt are difficult co9nditions but this came out really nice. The horizon is tilting a bit though.

Wow thats, what I talk about in the other photo! More sand!
The horizon is leaning a bit to the left, but it's easyly to correc in photoshop.
Thanks for post!

I didn't picture cactus to be like this...I always had in mind the typical western movies cactus with 2 branches! And all the white is a lake? It is amazing.
Thanks for sharing
Cheers

Excellent subject and POV, but the horizon is incline and there's a dirty spot at the sky. Unfortunately, that ruins the whole picture.
