Usually our rains come back in September and storms are usual, this year we faced one of the worst weathers of our history with a big series of frosts mixed with many periods of drought and isolated giant rains.
During that week occurred many dry storms bringing red dust in many places of south-central Brazil, something the press put as a symbol of a climatic disaster.
I took this image from my office window, the soil was nude, waiting the rains to receive the seeds and the strong winds took the dry red soil to the air.

..............

Hello Jorge,
We see really the trees bend with the storm, the sky full dust.
Not easy to make this picture but very successful.
Pleasant to look at.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,

Hi Jorge,
The storm is hiding the background, I can feel the wind the way the trees are bending. The point of view is showing the details of the trees and of the roofs. The sand storm is affecting the colors. Have a nice day.

Hola Jorge.

Hello Jorge, We see that it is a storm because the trees are bent. Indeed, there is some red dust in the air visible. Weather disasters happen now more and more often.

Hi Jorge,
Quite an interesting story well illustrated with the photo. Your notes make me realize how different the nature is in different locations. We wouldn't have a dust storm in Europe. Mot in most places I suppose.
Interesting contribution,
M

Hello Jorge,
This reminds me of a sandstorm I watched behind my hotel window in Al-Ain, UAE. In your case, the winds were more violent.
Regards,
MT
