La luminosidad en el tr髉ico es muy especial, sobre todo a mediod韆, en ese momento en que el sol est� en su plena verticalidad, una luz que nos sorprende a los que habitualmente vivimos por encima de estas latitudes.
Esta foto es una muestra de esa luz, y con esta imagen la letra del "Himno al Sol" .....
Babilonia, siglo VII a.C.:

h Shamash, 鷑ico t� que disipas las tinieblas!
Haces arder el mediod韆 y haces granar los campos.
Fielmente sigues tu marcha a trav閟 de los cielos
y cada d韆 vistes la extendida tierra.

un taglio cinematografico, anche per la cornice nera che hai usato. mi piace la diagonale dinamica della barca, anche se tirata a riva sembra continuare la sua navigazione. l'orizzonte con le palme come simbolo di un piccolo paradiso perduto in un elegante bianco e nero. molto bella, complimenti.

Hola Quillo, me gusta la foto, muy tropical, muy veraniega que contrasta con estos d韆s de fr韔 y lluvia por aqu�.
Mi cr韙ica es en esa luz, pienso que es un poco plana, con poco contraste, en cualquier caso es una buena toma.

Excellent Shot Francisco. Great Rule of Third composition.Great depth of field. The branches of the far away palm trees can be counted actually.The choice of B&W is right.You have left no scope for any improvement. Thats the reason I call it Excellent.

I love old boats, and have a theme of shipwrecks, although I am not sure if this is a shipwreck or just an old boat. I love the angles, the superb depth of field and the sharpness. I would also love to see this photo in colour to compare between colour and Black & White. A very original shot, congratulations. 9 out of 10 people would have opted for the colour version, so very brave and original.

Making this photo in B&W of the old sailboat made its even looks older. The picture is perfectly composed with a mast running diagonally. The depth of field, shade, contrast, light, sharpness are very good.

Old boats washed up on the beach always score big points on TE and this one is no exception. That being said, this is an excellent photo. Great detail in the clouds and good quality B and W.

Great framing using the diagonal of the mast of the boat to go into the corner of the composition and the boat its self is well placed. The light looks quite harsh, so the conversion of black and white was a good choice for this nice beach scene.

A great B&W image, the management of the grey is superb.I have tried to take a photo in Florida. But It didn't turn out right. The light management is so good here. I like the dynamic close up of the boat in the foreground. And the beach in the background. The sun in tropical region is so intense. Under the the difficult condition, You have achieved a great image, truly beautiful B&W.

Hallo Francisco,

Someone who makes from this kind of landscape a black and white picture must have be very much confidence in themselves.

And this confidence is justified.

You use a great point of view and composition (that creates a lots of depth and make the picture nice calmness) en the great light shows a lots of details.
The choise of B&W make the picture timeless.
