@Pelourinho, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil;
People used to live at Pelourinho. Due it's historical site and it's colours these same people were moved away, so the great spectacular play of tourism could raise and add value to the city trade for visitors.
Colourful, happy and rhythmic (other) people are there but not the same ones that were before - due, it's colours.
What you face on this photo is the evolution of one society that changes over centuries from it's demands. Not wrong, not right - just facts.
Still, colourful and a beautiful place to photograph and visit.

Great composition. Those eyes cannot be escaped. This is a good example of less being more.
