Photographer's Note
S鉶 Paulo was under a big storm and I took a picture of some buildings against the rain.
The result was not good, poor contrast and a lot of noise. So I decided a radical change, increasing the contrast very much in order to intensify the rain.
Maybe some people like, others not. Anyway, comments are welcome ...

Hi Emerson
I like what you have created here. It just goes to show that what would have been thrown away in the film days can be used creatively now that we have our own computer darkrooms. I think I would have cropped off some of the bottom so that the skyline is lower down in the frame. It probably belongs on Trek Lens as it is more in line with the "anything goes" theme there but thanks for sharing.

This is a really interesting photo! I like those silhouettes and the grainy look. I think the lighting is good, you've made good job creating a new great photo from an old (maybe not so good?) image, well done!
I got so interested of this picture that I wanted to also post a workshopped version of mine, I hope you like it.
Johannes
