Photographer's Note
This is picture was taken on the Nakabashi bridge during April.
The blossoms were perfect for taking with my camera and so I took the picture.
Next to this bridge you can see the old Takayama town, all the buildings and structures are mae of wood and it is where they have filmed old Japanese movies.
Absolutely lots of tourists suround this place and it is a must to see
I hope you like the picture
regards
Dan

Hi Dan, I hope you are well. Beautiful photo with a fine perspective along the curving river/canal. The bright light and the sakura deliver the authentic seasonal touch, and the classic buildings in the back provide a timeless impression. Seems to be a lovely place which my wife and I should put on the list for one of our future travels. Are you enjoying shooting with the D300?

Hi Dan
I made it back to Korea just in time for the sakura or cherry blossum in mid April. Good natural linear perspective here with the stream banks & excellent sharpness & framing. Tfs!
