Photographer's Note

Fishing with small net is a very common method of catching fish. Local people of Rishi river valley used to catch different type of fishes from the river, such as Trout, Cat fish etc. During post monsoon the small net is more useful than the large net. Rishi is a very small valley and is situated in between West Bengal and Sikim. Mostly farmers and fisherman live there. I had the opportunity to stay there for couple of days. During my stay, on a lonely afternoon, I took this photograph while I was walking by the river.
