My Intro to Israel, Day 3, Scene 12

This is a view of the walls of the Greek Orthodox Church and Monastery at the southern end of the Yigal Alon Promenade. Wikipedia refers to this structure as the leaning tower of Tiberias. A careful look will reveal that the tower is leaning a little bit.

Bu Yigal Alon Gezinti Yeri抧in g黱ey ucundaki Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi ve Manastırı抧ın duvarlarının bir g鰎黱黰黡黵. Vikipedi bu yapıdan Taberiye抧in eğilen kulesi diye bahseder. Dikkatli bir bakış kulenin biraz eğilmiş olduğunu ortaya koyacaktır.

Hi Murat, it is leaning a little bit. You could make it more visible in PP :) Nice place for relaxing. Beautiful composition in pleasant saturated colours.

surprised me again Murat, I saw this tower few times, but now, with a photographer's viewpoint i can see you definitely right: it doe's tilt over to the water.
Fine Kineret view along the shore and in good light and DOF.
Lovely place, not when July heat in 37癈... like yesterday's.

Hi Murat,

I hope Pisa doesn't become jealous, it would seem to have the market cornered on leaning towers. :) Not completely noticeable at first sight, but sure enough, it's out there on an angle. Quite a nice, relaxing setting too...easy to understand the people taking advantage of the spot. Whatever it is, I like that you've included the small portion of element along the right side of the frame. it aids in the depth factor, creating some separation between your position and the coastline...which, by the way is smartly composed here to lead us from right to left. There's an easy to follow and smooth flow to this shot. Nicely done! Enjoy the rest of the evening. Take care.
