Hello,

Just a little photo from a Sunday walk in mid December. The snow this year is late in coming, and it seems it will not make an appearance at all till the end of the year. The ponds on the fells, however, are frozen already.

The combination of long spells of fog in the valleys and sunny, warm weather in the hills and mountains really drives people up them, thus ensuring much needed recreation. :)

Beautiful landscape. I like the contrast between the warm tones of the grass in the foreground and the blue layers of mountains and the sky in the background. The patches of snow look nice too.

Hi Miha,no snow in Italy too especially on the mountains,it will be a bad holiday end of year to who like sky....your view is truly beautiful,a natural scenery very bright and sharp with the special light of winter,i like it! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

No sign of snow but it is still an unmistakable winter scene that has been thoughtfully composed with the little Church well placed in the picture.
