Photographer's Note
The fried spider is a Cambodian dish from the village of Skun, Cambodia.
This dish is prepared with tarantulas (especially the species Haplopelma albostriatum1) in the form of donuts. Tarantulas are raised in holes north of the village, then fried in garlic after being coated with sugar and glutamate1. They can be eaten with beer or a handful of Kampot black pepper.

Lucas

Francesco, these tarantulas prepared fried with garlic should be crusty. Original dish presented. People like eating insects, larvas, rats in Cambodia. Fine colors, good sharpness, rewarding photo note, regards.

Hello, Francesco!
That's something really different! I've heard that fried scorpions are very tasty, and some friends of mine have compared them to shrimp. About the spiders, I don't know, but I could also try. You got it with beautiful bright colors and perfect sharpness and textures!
